Total Separation Solutions' micro-bubble mixer is used to create lightweight - inhibitive fluid for drilling applications in both producing and non-producing formations.

One of the biggest challenges in nitrified and aerated drilling applications is gas migration or gas breakout. TSS uses the combination of chemistry and mechanics to provide the solution.

  – Inject uniformly-sized bubbles from 20 micron down to 500 nanometers
